Our History
With a range of real ales and drinks and a selection of quality pub food, The Bunch of Grapes is the perfect place for locals and tourists to stop off in Newcastle Emlyn.
Dating back to the 17th century, our pub has been said to have been built from the ruins of the nearby 13th-century castle.
A Warm Welcome
We serve food all day, from lunchtime at 12 pm until dinner at 9 pm. We have a menu for everyone including vegetarian and vegan options.
For entertainment, we have four televisions to broadcast all the latest sports, a children’s playing area, a fully accessible toilet, and a nappy changing area. The Bunch of Grapes is a perfect family stop-off, with something for everyone.
Better yet, friendly dogs are welcome and we have free treats on the bar available for them.
In the winter, enjoy the pub with our warm cosy fire, or enjoy our enclosed beer garden in the summer.
Food & Drink
There are options for the entire family. Our passionate chefs craft our food, and we source as many local ingredients as possible. These include breakfast, lunch, light bites and dinner.
As for drinks, we offer a wide range of malt whisky which is popular amongst the locals. Also, we stock a great range of gin, spirits and local real ales. With an extensive drink selection and a casual atmosphere, there truly is an option for everybody at The Bunch of Grapes.

Steak Night
Enjoy our steak night every Thursday with meat sourced from local butchers right here in Newcastle Emlyn. Cooked to your liking and served with mushrooms, and on the vine tomatoes, it is the perfect night to enjoy a quality meal with friends and family.
Gin
Our locals and holidaymakers love our range of gins. With many flavours available and served with our refreshing tonic, or whatever mixer you desire, you can be sure to have a cosy night at The Bunch of Grapes whether it be next to the fireplace or out in our large enclosed beer garden.
Whisky
At The Bunch of Grapes, we stock a quality range of aged cask whiskeys. The wood of the cask adds different flavours to our offerings, making them perfect to enjoy in our warm bar in the winter months.
Games Room
We have pool and darts teams and a games room with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. There’s everything you need to have a fun time. There’s a pool table, dartboard, jukebox and we also have a fruit machine.
Pizza & Pint Night
Every Wednesday night is a pizza and a pint night. We serve delicious homemade stonebaked pizzas, which are perfect for sharing with friends! We make our pizzas from scratch using the freshest of ingredients.
